Dr. Sahar is an Assistant Professor with more than 20 years of experience in education. Her work is currently focused on supervising the research of master's and doctoral students. She holds a BA in Sociology and Educational Psychology, an MA in Educational Sociology from the Lebanese University, Beirut, and a PhD in Social Psychology (Approche interculturelle) from the University of Lyon 2, France (2005).
She was the Director of the Faculty of Education at Jinan University, a lecturer at the Jesuit University (Beirut) and a member of the research team at the Higher Doctoral Institute of the Lebanese University. She is currently a Council Member in the Social Sciences Institute of the Lebanese University, fifth branch, professors' representative, member of the unit council, and training coordinator in the Master of Psychological Counselling and Guidance at the Lebanese University - Institute of Social Sciences. She has published several books in social psychology and intercultural psychology and presented several papers at local and international conferences. |
