Mazen HOTAIT

Mazen HOTAIT received a PhD degree in Law from Université Paris II (Panthéon-Assas), France, in 2008 and the MBA degree from Université Laval, Québec, Canada in 2010. He held the position of consultant in contractual management at the Quebec Ministry of Revenue between 2012 and 2019.  Since April 2019, he’s the Supply Chain Manager of the Cégep de l’Outaouais, Gatineau, Canada.
